Sotirios Kyrgiakos was warmly welcomed by members of the administration and fans of the Australian football team Sydney Olympic. Kyrgiakos will take part in two matches with the Greek-Australian team for the state championship of New South Wales which began this weekend.
The Greek international defender will officially be presented tomorrow morning (Monday) in the diaspora center of Sydney. Upon his arrival at the city’s international airport, this Saturday evening, Kyrgiakos gave his first statements and said he is happy to collaborate with the Greek-Australian team and he invited the fans, especially Greek children to rush to the field.
